Job Description
A Large research university is seeking a Systems Support IT Analyst to join their team. You will be responsible for providing endpoint support to faculty and staff by utilizing software, A/V, troubleshooting, and hardware resolution skills. Your responsibilities will also include connection setup and troubleshooting for multiple different operating systems (i.e., Windows, Mac, and Mobile), as well as email support (i.e., Outlook, Gmail). You will also assist with basic A/V technician support for various teams.

• Active Directory, SCCM, JAMF experience
• Event/conference support: A/V setup, mic/speaker/camera placement, video conferencing
• Remote support tools proficiency
• Mass computer deployment in enterprise environments
• Dell and Apple hardware expertise
• Inventory management systems
• Network file shares and printer support
• Hardware/software issue resolution
• Problem source identification and solution methods
Technical Knowledge:
• Network print server configuration and troubleshooting
• Outlook client configuration in Exchange environment
• Network troubleshooting
• PC image deployment and testing
• VPN secure connection setup
• Server-client model in enterprise environments
Additional Skills:
• Basic project management (task organization, prioritization)
• KB article creation, policy and standards writing
• Presenting in groups and staff training
Ability to explain technical concepts to technical/non-technical users
