Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a High Dollar Hospital Collector with a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism. This person will be expected to go onsite five days a week from the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm. Each day will begin with a morning huddle at 10:00am, then focus on the work queue, and then work on 40-45 accounts for the remainder of the day. This person will be expected to come from a hospital setting working with high dollar accounts for facility claims and dealing with appeals as well as a variety of insurances under PPO and HMO. Must have strong knowledge of managed care contracts and have knowledge of current regulatory requirements to ensure prompt and accurate reimbursement.

Skills and Requirements
1. 5+ years’ of experience as a high dollar commercial collection for hospital/facilities claims
2. Experience with an EHR system (such as Cerner or Epic)
3. Heavy insurance follow up experience for PPO/HMO claims
4. HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
5. Experience touching 45+ accounts per day 1. 2+ years of Cerner experience
