Job Description
We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead our Account Executives and Sales Engineers. This leader will drive enterprise sales strategy, foster a culture of accountability and performance, and ensure alignment across sales operations to accelerate growth. The VP of Sales will be a coach, strategist, and hands-on leader with a proven track record of selling into enterprise accounts, developing account plans, multi-threading across stakeholders, and delivering accurate forecasts.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think strategically, adapt to market changes, and use analytical skills to interpret data.
Deep knowledge of enterprise sales processes, including CRM software, sales management, and negotiation.
Experience leading and scaling enterprise sales teams within SaaS or technology companies.
