The Catalyst Engineering (CE) Operations team leads Strategic Execution, Planning, PMO, and Business Operations. The Global Business Operations (GBO) team drives initiatives from concept to execution, aligning across theatres, segments, and functions to accelerate Cisco’s growth through consistent program management.

We’re seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Infrastructure PMO group, which supports full-stack development for CE products like wireless, switches, and routers. This role focuses on delivering strategic business value and operational efficiency through complex, cross-functional engineering programs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise software programs across Cisco’s Networking group.

• Own end-to-end project planning and delivery.

• Lead program phases: analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-launch.

• Oversee risk, change, and release management.

• Define objectives and metrics; build dashboards to track progress.

• Align stakeholders and communicate strategic direction.

• Track dependencies and ensure cross-team coordination.

• Facilitate communication across Operations, Engineering, Product, QA, and Release teams.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• 5+ years of experience in program management roles

• Strong experience leading SW development programs – SW releases and change management

• Hands on experience with Jira -PMP Certification

-Jira Certifications
