Starting Pay Rate:** $22.53 per hour | **6-Month Consultant Opportunity

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Fabrication Specialist** to join our team, partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll perform composite fabrication, machine setup, and assembly tasks that directly support the production of cutting-edge aircraft components. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will play a vital role in ensuring quality, safety, and innovation in every product that takes flight.
What You’ll Do
+ Perform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks according to established specifications.
+ Operate and set up composite fabrication machinery and tools.
+ Conduct composite bagging, forming, drilling, and bonding processes.
+ Prepare tooling and ensure materials and equipment are production-ready.
+ Safely operate overhead cranes and related equipment.
+ Follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings to maintain production standards.
+ Contribute to a collaborative and safety-focused team environment.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
+ Experience in composite fabrication.
+ Skilled in machine operations.
+ Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
+ Regular and predictable attendance is required. **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience operating overhead cranes.
+ Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Education:
+ High school diploma or GED (or equivalent education/experience).
