**PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking a skilled **Machinist** to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical knowledge and blueprint reading experience who are ready to contribute to high-quality production in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

+ Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes

+ Perform first-piece inspections and maintain quality throughout production

+ Follow job instructions and quality procedures

+ Deburr parts and meet daily production goals

+ Edit G-code programs as needed

+ Track and run jobs in order of precedence

+ Log job information using the SAP system

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles

+ Attend and participate in daily tier meetings

Required Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ 1–2 years of CNC experience preferred (but not required)

+ Ability to read and understand blueprints

+ Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers, OD micrometers, height gauges, depth micrometers, and steel rulers

+ Basic computer skills

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
