Job Description Summary
C&W's Global Occupier Services business development team is seeking a Graphic Designer that is an innovative, hard-working individual who enjoys creative thinking, team collaboration, and is comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. In this role, you will provide compelling and effective visual communication solutions for a wide variety of deliverables. You will collaborate with proposal managers, sales leads, and subject matter experts to transform complex concepts into engaging graphics across presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials. Candidates must be passionate about design excellence and strategic storytelling, creating deliverables that elevate the company’s competitive edge. While the preferred location for this role is St Louis, Chicago, or Atlanta, we are open to remote.

In this role, you will provide compelling and effective visual communication solutions for a wide variety of deliverables. You will collaborate with proposal managers, sales leads, and subject matter experts to transform complex concepts into engaging graphics across presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials. Candidates must be passionate about design excellence and strategic storytelling, creating deliverables that elevate the company’s competitive edge. While the preferred location for this role is St Louis, Chicago, or Atlanta, we are open to remote.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 59,500.00 - $70,000.00
