Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled **Trim / Finish Carpenters** for projects located in and around **Oconomowoc, WI** . This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of **$25-33/hour** based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

+ Perform high-quality trim and finish carpentry in multi-family residential buildings.

+ Accurately measure, cut, and install various types of trim, including:Baseboards, Crown molding, Door and window casings, Chair rails, Stair railings and decorative trim

+ Cabinet installation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.

+ Install doors, windows, staircases, and custom built-ins to precise specifications.

+ Ensure all work is clean, level, plumb, and aligned to industry-leading craftsmanship standards.

+ Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure job site safety and cleanliness.

+ Work may also include commercial-grade hardware installation

+ Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in finish/trim carpentry (multi-family project experience strongly preferred).

+ Familiarity with commercial grade hardware installation is a plus

+ Must have a valid OSHA 10 certification prior to starting

+ Strong background in cabinet installation and detailed finish work

+ Must bring your own tools and PPE suitable for finish carpentry

+ Reliable transportation
