Summary:
The Technical Programs team in Meta’s Security, Integrity, and Investigations organization is looking for a Product Manager with demonstrated organizational skills who has lead a team and developed internal product strategy - balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and the supporting the company’s product roadmap, changing regulatory landscape, and the company’s technical advances. This team sits within our Legal organization and requires experience to lead and grow a team while building expertise in core infrastructure that supports legal compliance across a broad set of focuses, develop plans with engineering & cross-functional partners, and drive execution through influence or direct intervention.This position requires effective and efficient cross organizational collaboration and a rigorous, metrics and strategic approach to problem solving. You will be responsible for evaluating, defining, and leading goals planning and execution for mission-critical systems within Meta’s legal department and Security, Integration, and Investigations partners. You should have experience managing stakeholders with tight deadlines. This work will be accomplished by working closely with legal SMEs, engineering teams, third-party vendors, teammates, and cross-functional internal partners, and external organizations. Lastly, you should have familiarity with or be willing to work on the intersection of tech, legal, compliance, and government matters.

Manager, Product Management - Security, Integrity, & Investigations Responsibilities:
1. Own the product roadmap for critical systems that enable our organization’s mission to ensure protection of user privacy and safety
2. Structure the team around critical priorities and goals
3. Proactively increase team capacity through efficiency or recruitment
4. Primary driver for identifying significant opportunities and disclosure impacts including new or changes to existing products across the family of applications
5. Build consensus around roadmaps and how to evaluate success by managing the roadmap through tough tactical prioritization decisions while helping the organization think long-term. Build trust with stakeholders by maintaining an understandable, accurate roadmap and by knowing the customer
6. Collaborate across teams and peers of all levels by operating as the critical person in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders
7. Measure success by defining success criteria and metrics at the inception of a product and tracking throughout its lifecycle
8. Display leadership, organizational and execution skills in engagements across the entire organization
9. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
10. Work with peers of all levels from front-line analysts to executives

11. Bachelor's degree
12. 12+ years of product or program management experience
13. Experience leading a team with direct management responsibilities
14. Experience operating independently across a broad problem space, demonstrating critical thinking, and thought leadership
15. Experience leading cross-functional teams towards shared goals

16. BS/MS in a technology related area of study
17. Experience in Trust & Safety, Privacy, Legal, or Security related fields
18. Experience weighing business requirements and priorities to produce project plans, engineering estimates, and product roadmaps
19. Experience leading enterprise-wide engagements
20. Willingness to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government NDA
Public Compensation:
$186,000/year to $253,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
