Job Description

Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists** is seeking a motivated and outgoing **External

Clinical Services Liaison with a background as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

(PTA).

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, educating others, and

connecting patients with high-quality care.

+ Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, local businesses, and the community.

+ Identify new referral opportunities and promote our services and specialties.

+ Support current referral sources with ongoing communication and education.

+ Participate in planning meetings and share referral insights to support growth.

+ Stay knowledgeable about our services, treatment techniques, clinicians, and competitors.

+ Set and achieve performance goals related to referrals and patient volume.

+ Collaborate with the Internal Marketing Department on external and social media campaigns.

+ Work closely with clinic teams to align on goals and maximize results

Qualifications

+ Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of Michigan

+ Proficiency with Microsoft 365

+ Strong communication and presentation skills

+ Highly motivated, organized, and goal-driven

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 1+ year of sales/marketing experience (healthcare preferred)

+ Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, etc.)

+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

+ Background or knowledge in physical therapy/rehabilitation services
