Description

SAIC is seeking a **Warehouse Specialist** to join our team in **Hanahan, SC** .

The Warehouse Specialist will:

+ Coordinate and expedite flow of material, assemble orders and preparing goods for shipment, recording shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability: receiving, unpacking materials/supplies and reporting damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record keeping purposes; and completing shipping and receiving reports.

+ Move parts and assemblies within or between various buildings in accordance with Facility manager or facility staff engineer priorities.

+ Arrange transfer of materials to meet production schedules; examine material to verify type specified for current project; and compute amount of material needed for specific job orders.

Required Education and Experience:

+ High school diploma and two (2) or more years of experience.

+ Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.

+ Must have an active Smart ID Driver's License.
