Description
We are seeking a strategic, technically skilled Enterprise Applications Lead to oversee the product strategy, implementation, and support of critical SaaS-based business platforms—including, but not limited to, EcoSys. This hybrid role blends product leadership with hands-on technical application administration, with a focus on both delivering long-term product value and ensuring operational excellence across the application lifecycle.
The successful candidate will manage cross-functional platforms that support project delivery, financial planning, and operational performance, while also acting as a subject matter expert and technical lead for EcoSys configuration, integration, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Enterprise Product Strategy & Leadership
+ Define and lead product strategies and roadmaps for enterprise applications across departments and global business units.
+ Translate business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements.
+ Collaborate with IT, engineering, and vendor teams to deliver scalable and secure product solutions.
+ Evaluate market trends and licensing options to enhance platform value and user adoption.
+ Lead stakeholder engagement, application demos, internal marketing efforts, and training programs.
+ Monitor application performance, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
EcoSys Platform Implementation & Administration
+ Administer and configure EcoSys in Production and multiple non-Production environments.
+ Customize/Configure EcoSys modules, settings, and workflows based on operational needs.
+ Develop and maintain EcoSys API integrations with ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle EBS, Coupa).
+ Create custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations tailored to business use cases.
+ Monitor EcoSys system performance, security, and coordinate upgrades and enhancements.
+ Lead and support EcoSys full life cycle implementations (design, development, deployment, support).
+ Provide technical troubleshooting, end-user support, and ongoing platform education.
Application Support & Integration
+ Oversee performance optimization, system architecture, and security improvements for multiple enterprise SaaS platforms.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborating with support teams and vendors.
+ Lead data migration and audit readiness efforts; ensure compliance with organizational standards.
+ Document application configurations, support procedures, and knowledge base materials.
+ Champion user-centric support practices and service improvement strategies across the enterprise.
Team & Stakeholder Engagement
+ Guide internal teams and stakeholders in application design, support, and process optimization.
+ Represent the applications group in strategic planning and governance forums.
+ Present product and platform updates to leadership, including financial impact and performance metrics.
+ Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and digital innovation.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor Degree in engineering, computer science or related degree and 8 years relevant experience Required
+ Consulting experience in the architectural, engineering and/or construction industries preferred.
+ Software development and programming experience required.
+ Understanding of software and hardware system architecture.
+ 7 years of hands-on experience with EcoSys administration, configuration, and enhancement.
+ 3 years of full life cycle EcoSys implementations including integrations with ERP systems.
+ Experience in REST APIs, web services, and integration tools.
+ Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and data visualization/reporting platforms.
+ Excellent analytical skills.
+ Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
+ Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
+ Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
