Chevron is accepting online applications for the position **Acquisition & Integration Analyst** through **October 29th** at **11:59 p.m.** **Central Time.**
Chevron is seeking a highly motivated Acquisitions and Integrations (A&I) Analyst to join our Finance Digital Projects team. This position collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to integrate ERP systems and applications from acquisitions and special projects. The role will support the project manager and the project team in defining requirements, evaluating and selecting appropriate integration strategies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and resources to assess, design, test, and implement integrations.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
+ Collaborate with external and cross-functional internal teams, including IT, HR, finance etc. to align integration strategies, identifyrisks/issues, and drive proactive issue resolution.
+ Support integration activities by gathering and analyzing financial data from newly acquired entities.
+ Map, setup and validate master data in test and production systems
+ Identify risks/issues timely, identify solutions to mitigate risks/issues, and deliver resultstimely on schedule and within budget.
+ Report with status updates, identified risks and mitigations, actions, issues, dependencies, and alignments to ensure a successful integration.
+ Manage critical milestones and communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders to influence and deliver results on schedule and within budget.
+ Manage multiple integration workstreams or projects simultaneously.
+ Develop and maintain documentation related to integration plans including timelines and milestones.
+ Lead and facilitate meetings effectively with external and internal groups.
+ Lead/complete special projects.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
+ 10+ years of experience in financeor similar field within the oil and gas industry.
+ Strong experience/knowledge of S4 Hana and ECC.
+ Prior ERP integration and/or project management experience
+ Initiative, intellectual curiosity, ability to drive results.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in ERP integration consulting or experience in the oil and gas industry
+ Self-starter with a growth mindset and an attention to detail who thrives in fast-paced environments.
+ Strong financial and accounting acumenincludingknowledge of financial processes.
+ Understanding of finance and related system processes supported by ERP systems (SAP and JDE).
+ Demonstrated project management skills to manage/lead projects or project workstreamsand deliver milestonestimely on schedule and on budget.
+ Ability to build collaborative working relationships with diverse teams to influence and drive successful outcomes.
+ Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex topics into actionable insights for project team and stakeholders.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently, multi-task, and collaboratively across teams.
+ Ability to be direct, decisive and accountable.
+ Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI.
+ JDE knowledge/experience is preferred.
