    Position Overview

    International is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to partner with our Chief Digital & Information Systems Officer (CDIO) and select IT leaders. In this role, you’ll orchestrate complex calendars and global travel, anticipate needs, and protect executive time while handling sensitive information with discretion.

    Responsibilities

    + Active Support of the Two-Speed Operating Mode: Provide a stable and agile support model to ensure a proactive and timely executive support.

    + Calendar orchestration at enterprise scale: Own, optimize, and proactively manage the CDIO’s complex, multi‑time‑zone calendar; proactively resolve conflicts and sequence meetings against strategic priorities.

    + Global travel & logistics: Design end‑to‑end itineraries (air/hotel/ground/visas), build “Plan B/C” scenarios, and adjust on the fly as priorities shift.

    + Meeting readiness & follow‑through: Secure pre‑reads, brief the executive, capture outcomes, and track actions to closure with accountable owners.

    + Executive communications & gatekeeping: Draft/triage sensitive correspondence; liaise with senior internal/external stakeholders; exercise excellent judgment in what requires executive attention.

    + Operational excellence: Process accurate, timely expenses; manage vendor/visitor logistics; coordinate org events and leadership offsites.

    + Confidentiality & professionalism: Handle information of a highly confidential and critical nature with discretion and a high degree of professionalism.

    Minimum Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of executive administrative experience

    OR

    + Master’s degree and no experience

    OR

    + At least 4 years of executive administrative experience

    Additional Requirements

    + Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

     

    Desired Skills

     

    + Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills; builds productive relationships across levels and functions.

    + Advanced skills in Microsoft Office – Co-Pilot, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams; quick to learn new systems. Previous AI and Agentic AI use a plus.

    + Flexibility for early/late meetings across time zones

    + Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

    + Proven ability in handling multiple deliverables

    + Experience supporting a CIO/CDIO or technology leader in a global organization. Experience working with senior executives is required.

    + Event/offsite planning

    + Comfort level in preparing senior‑level presentations and briefings.
