Job Description:

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for leading the product management and release management relating to development of Product Development vehicle program and resource management including financial reporting. This role will drive the delivery of business enhancements along with technology modernization efforts. The key business partners are based in US at the PDC.

Skills Required:

+ Product Management, Jira, Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), Release Management, Technical Communication

Skills Preferred:

+ PostgreSQL, Test Automation, Data Analysis, Data Architecture, Cyber Security

Experience Required:

+ 8+ years of experience: • defining product vision, strategy, product roadmaps

+ Building and managing backlogs

+ Working with software delivery using Jira, Scrum or Kanban.

+ Leading sprint planning, user story creation, and performing release management

Experience Preferred:

+ Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features.

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to lead prioritization of backlog with business and development team members.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex problem solving.

+ Previous success delivering releases and with a development team, and ongoing development and support of production applications.

+ Curious about new technologies and exhibit a strong desire to learn.

Education Required:

+ Bachelor's Degree

Education Preferred:

+ Work closely with Business Partners to define a product vision and break it down into an actionable backlog of user stories for the development team.

+ Collaborate with the product team to define specifications, requirements, and acceptance criteria for deliverables.

+ Act as the central communication hub for the product, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on the product's direction and progress through communications and governance.

+ Performance Analysis: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product, using this data to inform strategic decisions.

+ Work hands-on with the development team to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that creates excellent user experiences.

+ Facilitate the intake and refinement of feature requests and coordinate the daily standups and weekly planning with multiple product teams and PD business partners.
