+ Develop, curate, align, and manage our Learning Management System (LMS) content to support current and future business needs.
+ Develop and execute a learning delivery strategy leveraging all methods available: podcasts, social learning, videos, learning portals, blogs, coaching, live events, asynchronous learning, on the job training, and methods that are yet to come.
Buy vs. Build Strategy
+ Evaluate third-party content and platforms for fit, quality, and scalability.
+ Make and socialize data-driven recommendations and decisions about when to purchase, customize, or build training in-house.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Work independently, with the team, and with stakeholders to manage the complete experience.
+ Partner with content owners to ensure technical accuracy and business alignment.
+ Facilitate SME interviews, design sprints, and feedback loops to iterate quickly and effectively.

+ Use data to refine content and inform future learning strategies.
+ Review and measure use of the learning management system to ensure it is being effectively utilized. Work with content vendors and internal subject matter experts to identify and recommend courses to add to the Learning Management System (LMS).
Agility
+ Research and resolve a wide variety of issues and queries.
+ Facilitate established and new learning events.
+ Manage and adapt to changing and evolving priorities.
+ Measure and analyze the results of your work and make improvements.

+ Mastery of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
+ Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards.

+ Demonstrate innovative thinking, impeccable ethics, solid execution and results.
