    Opportunity

     

    The Retail Associate I plays a key role in delivering a premium shopping experience by maintaining well-stocked, visually appealing shelves and providing knowledgeable, personalized service. This position supports the store’s commitment to quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with fresh, high-quality products

    + Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste

    + Maintain visually appealing and organized displays that reflect the store’s upscale brand

    + Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and locations

    + Keep store clean, safe, and clutter-free

    + Ensure shelves are dust-free and products are front-faced and properly labeled

    + Follow sanitation and safety protocols at all times

    + Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., produce, guest services, deli)

    + Support store events, promotions, and seasonal merchandising efforts

    + Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and store standards

     

    This is a part-time position with shifts on weekdays and weekends varying between 7:00am and 9:00 pm.

    Skills/Requirements

    + Must be 18 years or older to apply

    + Retail experience required with prior cash handling.

    + Ability to speak effectively with customers and associates of the organization.

    + Customer service-oriented personality.

    + Prior Spa & Wellness knowledge preferred.

    + Physical requirement to lift , bend, squat, reach, twist and to carry up to 25+ lbs.

     

    _The hourly range for this position is $19.50. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location._
