Collins Aerospace is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) to support our Process & Systems Transformation (PST) program, a cornerstone of the oneRTX enterprise initiative. This role will report to the PST Program Director and serve as a key enabler of Collins’ SAP S/4 HANA transformation.
The PST program is a multi-year effort to harmonize key business processes, data, tools, and metrics across RTX while deploying a common ERP platform (SAP S/4 HANA). The result will be a standardized user experience, real-time visibility into critical data, and automation of manual tasks—allowing employees to focus on high-value activities.
As the IMS Scheduler, you will ensure Collins’ program schedules are built, maintained, and fully integrated across strategic business units and RTX PST enterprise milestones. You will provide the connective tissue between SBU-level execution and RTX-level program objectives, driving clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.

What YOU will do:
+ Develop, manage, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the Collins PST program, ensuring alignment across Collins SBUs and RTX PST enterprise milestones.
+ Collaborate with program managers, SBU leads, and workstream leaders to incorporate all tasks, milestones, and dependencies into the IMS.
+ Document and manage interdependencies across SBUs and enterprise tracks to ensure horizontal and vertical alignment.
+ Track program progress, monitor the critical path, and identify schedule variances at both SBU and enterprise levels.
+ Provide regular status updates and reports to Collins leadership, with clear linkage to RTX PST milestones.
+ Perform risk assessments and propose corrective actions for schedule-related risks.
+ Facilitate schedule reviews with program and SBU stakeholders to resolve conflicts, align resources, and ensure accuracy.
+ Manage schedule-related documentation, version control, and configuration management.
+ Propose improvements to scheduling processes and tools to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications YOU Must Have:
+ U.S. work authorization required (Collins will not provide sponsorship).
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
+ Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools.
+ Experience in ERP transformation programs (SAP S/4 HANA strongly preferred).
+ Knowledge of CORE (Six Sigma, Change Management) and program management methodologies.
+ Familiarity with both waterfall and agile project approaches.
+ Ability to travel 25–40% as program needs require.
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Experience in a matrixed, enterprise environment working across SBUs and corporate functions.
+ Background in aerospace & defense or similarly regulated industries.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (virtual and in-person).
+ Strong collaboration and change management skills.
+ PMP and/or Agile certifications.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
