Guest Services Representative Lead (Full-Time)
Work Schedule: 7am – 7pm | Saturday – Monday
Lead the Team Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences.
At Novant Health, the Guest Services Representative Lead is a vital part of ensuring smooth, welcoming, and efficient guest services across multiple departments. This role allows for development of leadership skills in a healthcare environment, while giving you the opportunity to guide and support your team while delivering outstanding service to patients, visitors, and staff.

What You’ll Do:
+ Oversee daily interactions and operations within an assigned team across various departments.
+ Serve as the acting leader, providing guidance and support when Supervisors or Managers are not present.
+ Communicate leadership updates and messages to your team effectively.
+ Assist in training new team members to ensure quality service standards.
+ Handle guest escalations professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences.
+ Support and coordinate services across all seven guest service locations within Novant Health PMC.
What We're Looking For:
+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
+ Experience:
+ 2 years of customer service experience required
+ 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting, preferred
+ 3 years of leadership experience, highly preferred
+ Additional Skills (required):
+ Critical thinking skills.
+ Effective communicate skills and patience with people of diverse backgrounds and all levels of authority.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality.
+ Must be flexible and able to respond to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
+ Must be detailed oriented and demonstrate problem solving skills.
+ Additional Skills (preferred): Be a current notary public or be willing to become a notary.
