Partner with business leaders to align activities and solutions to business strategy. Research and analyze business issues and potential solution and collaborate with various stakeholders and partners. Depending on workflow and type of business requirements, may be assigned a variety of work such as project or program management, financial or other reporting and analysis, change management, vendor management, or communications; or instead may be assigned to focus on one area of expertise, based on business need.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Apply basic industry knowledge to research, analyze, design, and/or compile information in support of projects and changing business needs.
2. Perform analysis, validation and interpretation of report outputs. Follow up on business actions based on interpreted findings of the analyzed business reports. Explain and interpret complex, difficult, or sensitive information.
3. Apply in-depth knowledge within own professional discipline and a foundational understanding of concepts and principles of other related professional disciplines.
4. Lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
5. Impact a range of client, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
6. Applies foundational knowledge and learns how to apply theoretical concepts in practical situations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience, including up to two years of analysis and project management.
2. May have developed skills in financial analysis, change management, vendor management, project management or other business processes or have breadth of knowledge in several areas.
3. Foundational understanding of applicable principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with business management or a professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, financial analysis, risk management, etc.).
4. Effective verbal and written communication sufficient to provide information to others and accomplish business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 1-3 years of experience and a degree in a technical field or an equivalent combination of experience and education
2. Hands-on experience with Tableau and dashboard design and development
3. Hands-on experience with ETL tools and managing large data sets.
4. Must be able to tell the story of various dashboards to technical and non-technical audiences
5. Able to work in a manual data analytics environment.
6. Experience in generating performance and financial visualizations based on data tools within the organization.
7. Ability to communicate complex technical ideas, regardless of the technical capacity of the audience.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
9. Strong analytical and critical thinking
10. Experience in transforming raw/flat data from System of Record (SOR) and using it via 11. Tableau to generate dashboards.
12. Experience with Tableau and dashboard/metrics design and development.
13. Working knowledge of Rally agile tool
14. Working knowledge of Agile framework and performance metrics
15. Working knowledge of Alteryx ETL tool
16. Basic knowledge of business models and awareness of industry issues.
17. Financial services experience
18. If assigned to a specific area of focus, specific skills in that area may be required
