    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate a dozer to push and maintain stockpiles of sand and gravel

    + Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance

    + Assist with site cleanup and material handling as needed

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure safe operations

    + Follow all safety protocols and company procedures consistently

    + Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment

    + Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to changing site conditions

    + Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

    + Must meet all legal and company requirements for operating heavy equipment

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

    Physical Demands of the Job

    + Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift

    + Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate equipment safely and efficiently

    + Must be able to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods, including exposure to dust and uneven terrain

    + Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times on site
