    Full Stack Lead Developer (Vice President) - Hybrid

     

    The Full Stack Lead Developer (Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst - C13) is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

    Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with multiple management teams to seamlessly integrate functions, meeting the technical requirements of applications.

    + Identify and define essential system enhancements to facilitate the deployment of new products and process improvements.

    + Design and implement applications in adherence to overall architectural decisions, leveraging advanced application programming knowledge.

    + Resolve high-impact problems and projects by thoroughly evaluating complex business and system processes, while considering industry best practices.

    + Create comprehensive plans, test files, and scripts for application testing, covering unit to integration phases.

    + Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow to develop coding standards, debugging procedures, and implement project functionality.

    + Address performance bottlenecks through in-depth system process monitoring and performance tuning.

    + Develop a comprehensive understanding of how business areas, including architecture and infrastructure, integrate to achieve business goals.

    + Additionally, mentor mid-level developers, assign daily tasks, track progress, and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality.

    + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

    Qualifications:

    + 6+ years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis role

    + Strong technical knowledge and hands on experience in Java and Spring Boot framework

    + Expertise in Angular 18 (and above) and hands on experience in microservices frontend architecture

    + Utilize HTML/CSS to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces

    + Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and OAuth

    + Knowledge about Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) and related concepts

    + Experience in writing medium to complex SQL queries

    + Expertise in Microservice architecture and design principles and experience in Microservice development

    + Experience working in converting Monolith application to microservice will be preferred

    + Experience in Test driven development and should extensive knowledge in writing unit test cases using Junit framework and Rest Assured framework

    + Experience in using one or more Application monitoring tools such as Kibana, Splunk, AppDynamics etc.

    + Knowledge of DevOps concepts such CI/CD Automations, Dockers, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms

    + Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications

    + Experience in managing and implementing successful projects

    + Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development

    + Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

    + Demonstrated leadership and project management skills

    + Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

    + Master’s degree preferred
