Agile Technical Product Owner Advisor – SAP Finance to Manage (FTM)

pharmacies, and health systems. As part of our SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation, we are seeking a seasoned Agile
Technical Product Owner (TPO) to lead our Finance to Manage (FTM) capabilities.
Position Summary:
As the Agile TPO Advisor for SAP FTM, you will own the product vision and roadmap for financial operations within SAP
S/4HANA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that support strategic
finance initiatives. This role combines deep SAP functional expertise with agile product leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as Technical Product Owner for SAP FTM, managing product backlog and prioritizing features aligned with
business goals.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos.
• Translate complex finance business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Oversee WRICEF documentation, configuration, and testing for SAP FTM solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration across SAP modules (PTP, OTC, MM, SD, LO) and external systems (e.g., Oracle
Financials).
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations.
• Continuously assess system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent
experience).
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 113,000 - 188,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
