As part of our SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation, we are seeking a seasoned Agile Technical Product Owner (TPO) to lead our Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Receive to Ship (RTS) capabilities.
Position Summary:
As the Agile TPO Advisor for SAP EWM/RTS, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for warehouse and logistics operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional experts, and development teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that support strategic supply chain initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Act as the Technical Product Owner for SAP EWM/RTS, managing the product backlog and prioritizing features based on business value.
+ Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demos.
+ Facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
+ Oversee WRICEF documentation, configuration, and testing for SAP EWM solutions.
+ Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs through UAT and deployment.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules (SC, SD, LO, MM, FICO) and external systems (e.g., Tracelink, RF devices).
+ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations.
+ Continuously assess system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 7+ years of SAP logistics experience (EWM, Kitting, Trade, Billing, Outputs, Labels).
+ 2+ years of configuration experience in S/4HANA Cloud.
+ 7+ years of configuration experience in SAP ECC.
+ Experience with IoT, RF scanning devices, and serialization setup.
+ Strong understanding of SAP module integration and master data management.
+ Experience with Agile frameworks, JIRA, SAP Activate, Solution Manager, and CPI.
+ Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with weight scales and ShipERP.
+ Knowledge of TMS modules and DSCSA federal requirements.
+ Experience in pharmaceutical distribution or life sciences.
+ Prior SAP implementation or upgrade experience with best practice knowledge.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 113,000 - 188,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
