**Title:** Senior Regional Practice Leader
**Payroll Title:** Sr. Regional Practice Leader
**Division & Department:** Enterprise US/Canada
**Status** : Full-Time Exempt
**Reports to:** VP of Sales, Execution Practice
**Location:** Remote - Anywhere in the contiguous United States
**Compensation:** Anticipated compensation for this role is $380-470k* OTE split 60/40 between base/commission.
Job Summary
The Regional Practice Leader (RPL) will focus on high leverage large deal client opportunities selling and facilitating FranklinCovey’s Business Outcomes Solutions (4DX & Sales Performance). This is a position that requires strong consultative selling skills with former executive leadership experience, who ideally has led a business unit of 200-500+ persons. Will require expertise in selling, leading executive overviews and facilitating FranklinCovey Business Outcomes content for clients.
Essential Job Functions
This person will partner with the VP of Sales, Managing Directors, and Client Partners to:
+ Present business outcome buyer presentations to senior leaders of existing & prospective client organizations.
+ Guarantee the successful implementation of a business outcome pilot within organizations.
+ Ensure the client accomplishes business results from the business outcome pilot.
+ Leverage those results to create large on-going relationships with clients.
+ Close business consistently within the FranklinCovey All Access Pass guidelines.
+ Design custom programs and tailor standard programs to meet individual client needs.
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
+ 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or consulting, including experience in SaaS or related industries
Preferred Skills & Experience
+ Master’s degree in business administration or a related field
+ Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing sales or consulting teams, preferably in a multi-location environment
+ Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and salesforce effectiveness tools
+ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization including senior leadership
+ Experience working in the leadership and organizational development industry
+ Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in a competitive market
+ Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
+ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
