    Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. This position will support business operations by supervising a team of video operators. Operators will conduct camera and video forensics by identifying safety risks, investigating product losses, and operational compliance at client location. The Surveillance Room Supervisor will lead and supervise a team of video operators during assigned shift, oversee real-time monitoring, investigations support, alarm responses, and process audits to ensure accuracy and timely execution. This role can also function in the capacity of a Surveillance Officer as a working shift supervisor. Completes all necessary reports, shift and investigation summaries train new surveillance operators. The Supervisor will perform other duties as required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Possession of AZ Guard license

    + Bachelor's degree preferred.

    + Knowledge of retail and warehouse operations
