+ Regional Float/ Central Staffing Office (CSO) - Must be willing to float to all BJC locations in both MO and IL.
+ $15/hr CSO Differential
+ Mileage Pay
+ Full-Time; 36 hours per week

Role Purpose
Provides direct care to patients including those with complex behavioral and/or mental health needs under the direction and supervision of a licensed professional nurse.
Responsibilities
+ Demonstrate skill and judgement necessary to provide safe and effective care to patients including those with complex behavioral and/or mental health needs.
+ Implements direct patient care under the supervision of the nurse promoting patient and family centered care in a healing environment
+ Collects clinical data and information on patients, documents appropriate data, and reports changes in patient status to the healthcare team.
+ Uses effective communication skills to collaborate with members of the health care team to provide a safe environment to achieve optimal outcomes.
+ Provides continual observation, ongoing documentation, and participates in the development of the plan of care for patients with complex behavioral and/or mental health needs.
