As a Senior Mission Systems Operator (MSO)/Airborne Mission Commander (AMC), you will be using your skills and expertise to support our overseas operational missions using Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles. You'll be responsible for operating our airborne sensor equipment, primarily SIGINT, ELINT, COMINT, and RADAR to acquire, track, and monitor airborne, ground, and/or maritime objects of interest in routine and dynamic target area searches and performing pre-flight, inflight, and post-flight duties.

    Responsibilities:

    + Execute all assigned preflight, flight, post flight, and Mission planning duties that are required to operate an assigned sensor suite safely and effectively.

    + Mission system inspection, operation, troubleshooting, debriefings, intelligence product preparation and distribution, and mission documentation.

    + Provide analysis and distribution of multi-source information via on-board aircraft communications systems.

    + Responsible for collecting and analyzing information while safely and effectively functioning as an aircrew member on a multi-position aircraft.

    + Selected candidates will primarily work with SIGINT, COMINT, ELINT, and/or RADAR systems.

    + Develops and verifies procedures for use with new aircraft features; develops operational and safety procedures and training syllabus courseware for internal and external customers.

    + Establish and maintain all required flight qualifications for this position.

    + Performs other duties as assigned or required.

    + This is a deploy only position rotating on approximately a 60/60 rotation.

    Must-haves:

    + Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and typically 6-8 years of relevant experience

    + A higher-level degree may substitute for experience.

    + Related experience, including military training, may be considered in lieu of required education.

    + Advanced experience with ORM and CRM Airmanship.

    + Experience with the practical application of SIGINT, ELINT, COMINT, and/or RADAR.

    + Advanced knowledge of radio operations and functionality.

    + Tracking and Mapping software

    + Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and flexibility.

    + Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

    + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and conflict resolution skills

    + Experience with the practical application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.

    + Must be willing and able to work extended hours, holidays and shift schedules as required.

    + Must be willing to travel CONUS off rotation to perform Training, Medical, and Certification renewals.

    + An active Top-Secret U.S. Security Clearance with SCI is required.

    + U.S. Citizen with U.S. Passport.

    + Valid Driver’s License.

    + Ability to meet current DoD and Combatant Command restriction requirements for deployed locations.

    Preferred:

    + 2000+ hours of flight time with C4ISR/C5ISR.

    + Advanced knowledge of Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS) functionality.

    + Experience with encryption equipment and materials.

    + Experience with Multi-Level Aircraft Stacks utilizing ROZ & TEZ tactics, MEDEVAC/CSAR, Direct Action (DA) Raids, Air Warden, HAF/GAF, INFILs, Route/CIED Scans, laser procedures, Troops in Contact (TIC), and CAS stack TTP’s.

    + Experience as Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC), Air Traffic Control (ATC), ISR Tactical Controllers (ITCs).

    + Basic troubleshooting skills.

    + Understanding of FAA regulations, policies, and procedures (FGOP).

    + Prior experience with CRM/ORM.

    + Experience operating and troubleshooting OSPREY radar system utilizing HMI, AIMS, and CarteNav software.

    + Experience operating Radar modes: Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Ground Moving Target Indication (GMTI), Maritime Moving Target Indication (MMTI), Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition, and Reconnaissance (ISTAR)

    + Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military Operations.

    + Previous OCONUS deployment experience in remote locations.
