We’re looking for a curious and motivated Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our AI-powered digital search experiences to transform the customer journey. You will lead efforts to expand and create personalized, intuitive, and dynamic destination discovery tools that delight guests and drive IHG’s digital evolution.
In this role, you’ll work closely with developers, UX designers, data analyst and other product experts across the business managing a product from idea through launch and iteration on groundbreaking search experiences. You’ll develop your skills in analyzing data, solving problems creatively, and balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail—all while helping deliver products that delight our customers and support IHG’s growth.
You will collaborate closely with AI researchers, data scientists, UX designers, and engineering teams to ideate, build, and iterate on groundbreaking search experiences. Your work will shape how millions of travelers find inspiration and make booking decisions, leveraging cutting-edge AI to anticipate needs, surface hidden gems, and create seamless, conversational interactions.
Your Day to Day
+ Shape and execute a forward-thinking product strategy grounded in deep customer insights, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder ambitions.
+ Leverage data analytics to decode user behavior, identify patterns, and make informed decisions that elevate the guest experience.
+ Craft precise business requirements and user stories, write clear business requirements and user stories to guide development and design teams.
+ Navigate the product lifecycle with agility—knowing when to pivot in response to shifting customer needs or market dynamics, and when to stay the course.
+ Utilize product led thinking and innovation, staying ahead of industry trends and infusing fresh ideas into every phase of development.
What We Need From You
+ 4+ years in product management or related roles, skilled in Agile, digital ecosystems, and consumer-facing products.
+ Proven track record managing complex projects end-to-end, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
+ Strong communicator adept at conveying ideas to technical teams and executives; experienced in presentations and demos.
+ Expertise in UX/UI, customer-centric design, product vision, market analysis, and iterative product launches.
Preferred Skills/Competencies
+ Insightful, strategic thinker with strong business acumen who prioritizes effectively, balances detail with big-picture vision, and navigates product lifecycles agilely.
+ Solution-oriented, adaptable problem solver skilled at making trade-offs and delivering customer value amid evolving needs and ambiguity.
+ Customer-centric and data-fluent, able to translate user needs into actionable requirements by integrating data, feedback, and intuition.
+ Innovative with experience in search technologies, NLP, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
**Location** – Atlanta GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)
The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $140,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
