It’s a great time to be a part of ZOLL!Job TypeHybridJob SummaryThe Global Sales Order and Territory Analyst is responsible for supporting the setup, maintenance, and accuracy of the Customer Platform application in Oracle Cloud. This role plays a key part in managing territory structures, maintaining sales order data integrity, and ensuring proper credit assignment for sales reporting and compensation. The Analyst will work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and support ongoing process improvements.Essential Functions
+ Maintain the sales territory hierarchy by creating, updating, or deactivating sales representatives and adjusting team, industry, and geography alignments as needed.
+ Update and maintain the Sales Item hierarchy, ensuring accurate product group and transaction type assignments.
+ Support the assignment of sales order credit definitions and validate order credit alignment with compensation rules and territory structure.
+ Monitor and review sales order data for completeness and accuracy; identify and resolve sales credit exceptions, manual overrides, and splits.
+ Collaborate with the Incentive Compensation team to investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate data handoff for compensation processing.
+ Assist in documenting processes, training materials, and standard operating procedures to support consistent execution and cross-training.
+ Provide regular reporting or insights related to order assignments, exception volumes, and key metrics to management.
+ Participate in future enhancements to Oracle Cloud or the Customer Platform application.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience required
+ 2+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, or territory management required
+ Experience with Oracle Cloud or similar ERP/CRM platforms preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing, etc.)
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
+ Comfortable working with large datasets and complex data hierarchies
+ Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
+ Familiarity with sales compensation processes or tools
+ Experience using Salesforce, Oracle Cloud Customer Data Management, or similar platforms
+ Exposure to sales territory design or structure management
