Juicer (Cold Press Operator)
As a Juicer (Cold Press Operator), you’ll play a key role in crafting our cold-pressed juices with precision, consistency, and care. You’ll work with fresh, high-quality ingredients and operate specialized equipment to ensure every bottle meets our standards for flavor, nutrition, and freshness.
COMPENSATION
Juicers earn $19.50/hour, paid time off for full-time staff, a substantial discount on Impact Kitchen products, and flexible scheduling to support a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
TEAM & DEPARTMENT
Juicers make an impact every day by crafting high-quality beverages and supporting the smooth operation of our commissary. Internally, this position is part of the Commissary Production Team and reports directly to the Commissary Production Manager.
In this position, you will collaborate with colleagues at multiple levels of the organization and play an integral part in creating a welcoming and positive guest experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Operate and maintain commercial cold press juice equipment according to SOPs.
+ Wash, prepare, and weigh produce for daily production.
+ Execute daily juice production following standardized recipes and batch sizes.
+ Label, bottle, and package juices accurately for delivery and distribution.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
+ Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of all juicing equipment.
+ Monitor product quality and report any issues or inconsistencies to the Production Manager.
+ Follow all food safety, health, and hygiene protocols in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
+ Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing produce.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ 1+ year of experience in a food production or juicing environment preferred.
+ Knowledge of cold press juicing or general food manufacturing an asset.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
+ Valid Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
