Description:
We are looking for a Temporary Service Technician for senior living apartments to join our team at Marian Oakland, in Farmington Hills. If you are passionate about maintaining facilities and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building and equipment
+ Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
+ Conduct inspection to identify issues and recommend solutions.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
+ Assist in preparing facilities for special events and functions.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Proven experience in maintenance or related field - property maintenance is preferred.
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
