To help bring this vision to life, we are seeking an experienced Sr Producer with a focus on writing, producing, and editing potentially viral Entertainment-focused content. In this role you will be working in all mediums and must have experience pitching and producing a high volume of creative work. You will be creating highly sharable original content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, and must have the storytelling skills to capture the attention of audiences of all ages. To succeed, you must be well-versed in the language of the internet, hyperaware of social trends, and possess the ability to articulate a creative vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Attend daily content strategy sessions and pitch ideas for coverage
+ Review pre-release materials to develop inspired video concepts and create compelling pitch decks that clearly convey your ideas in a convincing way
+ Attend premieres/events and conduct interviews/capture images
+ Produce/direct/edit field productions and in-studio content, managing all aspects of each production from sourcing of crew to on-set talent management to asset delivery to our publishing team
+ Stay on top of social trends, analyze competitive performance, and implement key creative changes to make our brand a frontrunner in the digital video space
+ Train junior team in all aspects of development, production, and post-production
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Minimum 7+ years of entertainment news and/or entertainment marketing experience
+ Creative portfolio showcasing interviews and talent focused original content
+ Experience producing and editing content at premieres, press junkets, and live events
+ Familiarity with industry press cycle and existing relationships with publicity teams
+ Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshops, After Effects, etc.) and/or other creative software

The base salary compensation range for this role is $90,00 to $120,000. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a quarterly performance-based bonus. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
