    Treasury COO office - Technology Associate

    Key Responsibilities

    + Understand the business of each Treasury desk and provide comprehensive support to enhance and grow their business.

    + Support project management, including launching and managing new initiatives.

    + Collaborate with and support the Treasury desk, Financial Technology, model validation and project management team in model creation, methodology and testing documentation, validation and remediation, signoff, maintenance and production deployment.

    + Apply quantitative and technological techniques to address complex business challenges.

    + Build analytical tools, data visualizations, and reports that accurately reflect business requirements.

    + Enhance and maintain existing Treasury systems for P&L analysis, scenario analysis, monitoring, and process automation.

    + Plan and develop new tools and systems that add value to Treasury and, in the future, to the broader organization.

    + Conduct research on cutting-edge technologies in AI, BI, ML, NLP, alternative data, FinTech, and high-performance computing (e.g., GPU, quantum computing) to identify opportunities for business applications.

    + Perform quantitative research and predictive modeling for market-related businesses by sourcing, integrating, and analyzing traditional and alternative datasets to uncover new insights and strategies.

    Required Qualifications

    + Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, or physics is strongly preferred.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.

    + Demonstrated ability to drive business transformation through the use of LLMs, vibe coding, and no coding approaches.

    + 1-3+ years of hands-on Python, SQL, Typescript/Javascript and Linux development experience.

    + 1-3+ years of experience in wide range of statistical and machine-learning techniques (e.g. time series analysis, NLP, deep learning, LLM and etc.)

    + Experience developing or working with REST APIs

    + Experience working with BI tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)

    + Knowledge of financial mathematics (e.g. stochastic calculus, interest rate models), capital market and derivative products (e.g. interest rate swaps, cross currency swaps, options and etc.)

     

    The expected base salary ranges from $85,000 - $120,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including Medical, Dental and 401K plans, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
