This role will require someone that has extreme attention to detail, is able to make important decisions independently, is easily adaptable & has good time management skills.
+ Manages transportation arrangements for the sales team
+ Manages material production for client meetings
+ Manages monthly employee & client expense reporting
+ Overflow of data entry work for the Project Management team
+ Backup for Marketing Coordinators
+ Special Event approvals/planning
+ Handles one-off projects across various departments
+ Manages shipping vendors & sending materials as needed
+ Manages credit card & expenses for the Sales Team
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree
