• What You'll Do:

+ Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and events

+ Help residents in and out of the vehicle with kindness and care

+ Keep our vehicle clean, comfortable, and running smoothly

+ Be a friendly face and a trusted part of our community!

• What You Bring:

+ At least 1 year of driving experience (chauffeur, shuttle, etc.)

+ Experience in hotels or senior living preferred

+ A valid driver’s license (No CDL required!)

+ A safety-first attitude and a heart for helping people

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, courteous and efficient transportation services for the residents of the Community.

Areas of Responsibility

+ Drive residents to outings, health care appointments, banking and other activities as determined by the Lifestyle Director/Concierge and the Executive Director.

+ Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle. Assist in loading packages, boxes, sacks, etc.

+ Coordinate Community transportation services ensuring the maintenance of the vehicles and adherence to the transportation budget and expenditures as directed.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

+ Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

+ Must possess good judgment, time management, decision making, and safety awareness skills.

+ Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.

+ Must possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) if required) for the state where the vehicle is operated.

+ Must have an acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) record; the record must be checked annually.

+ The Community is a drug free workplace.
