Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** is seeking a **Business Operations Manager** to support the **Manufacturing & Safety Business Integration** team located in **Berkeley, Missouri

The Business Operations team is seeking a leader to manage the Core Business Operations team and associated statement of work. In this position, you will work directly with the various leaders within Manufacturing & Safety and report to the Business Operations Sr. Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Manage a multi-faceted and distributed team with complex statement of work across various organizations with competing priorities

+ Lead the application and execution of Program Management Best Practices.

+ Replicate, standardize and communicate Best Practices

+ Align with program priorities and utilizing Program Management Best Practices to establish and utilize an overarching IMIS

+ Ensure standard and consistent Operating Rhythm to address recurring and emergent priorities integrated with the appropriate stakeholders

+ Develop, integrate, and coordinate commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill business goals, objectives and strategies

+ Identify, document, and ensure plans are in place to mitigate Risks, Issues, and capture Opportunities

+ Identify and communicate cost, quality, schedule, and safety imperatives

+ Provide information on commitments and compliance to plan. Ensures development and execution of follow up actions for issue resolution

+ Develop and strengthen the team, identity talent pipelines and required training.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 8+ years of experience with business integration

+ 5+ years of experience with program/project management

+ 3+ years of experience leading teams

+ 3+ years of experience working with executive leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher

+ Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

+ Excellent business acumen, written and verbal skills, and ability to solve complex problems

+ Analytics skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $96-900 – $131,100 USD
