Boeing Commercial Airplanes** (BCA) is seeking **Product and Services Quality Manager** to join the PDX Paint quality team supporting Pre-flight, Storage, and Paint Operations in **Portland, OR.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies

+ Manage employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations

+ Provide education, coaching and review of Quality Management System

+ Develop and maintain relationships, partnerships and communication with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports

+ Develop and execute business plans, policies and procedures and develop organizational and technical strategies to improve performance

+ Manage, develop and motivate employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 3+ years of Quality Management System (QMS) experience

+ 3+ years of leadership experience in a production environment

+ Possess an FAA Airframe and Power Plant License OR the aircraft years and experience necessary to obtain an FAA Repairman's certificate

+ Experience with Root Cause Analysis

+ Experience using Systematic problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ 3+ years of experience with the Material Review Board (MRB) Process

+ 3+ years of flight line experience (internal or external)

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

+ Excellent communication and teaming skills

+ Bachelor's degree

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

**Summary pay range:** $132,000 - $149,500
