As the Government Enterprise Program Executive, your key responsibilities will include leading large-scale customer programs that align with our organizational objectives and deliver solutions with significant impact. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing government-focused services and turnkey offerings, while ensuring strict adherence to Philips' standards and compliance with government regulations. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate strategic relationships with C-level executives, drive continuous improvements, establish governance frameworks, lead cross-functional collaboration, and proactively mitigate high-level risks.
Your role:
+ Serve as the **primary** executive liaison between the customer and Philips on National D&T and HPM projects, provide executive **oversight** to multiple project teams, ensuring that all projects are executed according to Philips standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes, and Develops and maintains strategic relationships with government executives/Program Leaders at customer organizations, positioning Philips as a trusted partner capable of delivering complex, long-term solutions.
+ Drive the continuous improvement of the customer delivery framework by introducing advanced methodologies, tools, and best practices that enhance the **efficiency** , **effectiveness** , and **scalability** of delivery operations.
+ Implement robust customer **lifecycle management** strategies aligning with Government customers ways of working – including contract compliance and government cybersecurity considerations.
+ Implement D&T focused Turn-Key solution with government contract compliance leading strategies, collaborating with reseller partners and overseeing these complex high-priority projects.
+ Lead **cross-functional collaboration** with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners, to ensure that all aspects of the customer delivery program are seamlessly coordinated and executed in compliance with government rules and aligning with our Philips government reseller partners.
+ In collaboration with the CS Director, lead the identification and mitigation of **high-level risks** across multiple projects, ensuring that proactive measures are taken to safeguard program success and customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue **strategic service growth opportunities** within existing customer accounts, leveraging insights gained from deep customer engagement to propose new solutions and services that align with customer needs and enhance business value.
You're the right fit if:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent required. Master's Degree preferred.
+ 10+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree OR Minimum 6 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Government Program Management, Government Procurement, Healthcare Technology Management, Government Customer Success/Government Enterprise Strategy, Healthcare Operations or equivalent, including all aspects of project development and execution, demonstrating record of program management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology.
+ Expertise and experience with long-term partnerships from opportunity through delivery and ongoing service & support. Excellent executive leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and influence others. In-depth knowledge and experience in leading the implementation of technology and business process improvement projects in the government space. Strong understanding of industry related business challenges, opportunities and internal/external trends related to technology management.
+ Project Management Certification (PgMP or PMP) or equivalent is highly preferred. Six Sigma or Process/Continuous Improvement experience is highly preferred
+ Strong understanding of the Government procurement, biomedical engineering , healthcare industry including clinical processes, workflows, and related technology, as well as change management and influencing skills; Professional executive demeanor and strong collaborative & communications skills.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The annual pay range for this position in AZ, AR, IA, IO, KS, KY, LO, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, VI, WV is $137,000 to $220,000.
The annual pay for range for this position in AL, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, ID, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PN, TX, VT, VA, WI, WY is $144,000 to $231,000.
The annual pay for range for this position in AK, MD, NY, RI, WA is $151,000 to $243,000.
The annual pay for range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ is $162,000 to $259,000.
This role also includes company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
