The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) 737 Fulfillment Organization is seeking a **Business Process Analyst** (level 3) to join their team in Renton, WA. This role is critical in analyzing, designing, and improving business processes with a focus on staffing and finance.
The role will support coordination and creation of meeting content and leadership briefings, analyze data related to budgets and staffing and ensure leaders have the information they need develop business plans.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Foster a culture of first-time quality and continuous improvement.
+ Lead end-to-end process analysis and process improvement initiatives with a focus on staffing and finance
+ Map current-state processes, identify gaps and root causes, and design scalable future-state processes.
+ Develop and maintain process documentation.
+ Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and coordinate implementation.
+ Drive data analysis and reporting to quantify process performance, staffing metrics and financial impacts.
+ Lead cross-functional working groups or small projects.
Basic Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting findings or equivalent.
+ 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
+ 1+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Proven ability to build positive relationships, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage at the Senior Executive level. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
Target Pay Summary:
$93,000 - $101,000
