Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support daily warehouse and transportation operations. This position involves a mix of computer-based work and outdoor responsibilities, including walking the yard and interacting with drivers. **Candidates must be comfortable working in all weather conditions and capable of wearing appropriate attire.**

3rd shift: 12am to 6am

Pay: 19.85/hr

Weekly Pay!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assign trailers to drivers and input data into internal systems

+ Input driver time cards accurately

+ Check trailer and volume forecasts

+ Maintain and update daily operations reports and databases

+ Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams

+ Work in warehouse, office, and outdoor environments as needed

Work Conditions:

+ Exposure to outdoor elements such as extreme cold, heat, rain, and snow

+ Must dress appropriately for all weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ STA (Security Threat Assessment)

+ Fingerprinting (coordinated by UPS)
