Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join their team. As an Inventory Clerk , you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting outbound shipping and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Inventory Clerk

**Location:** Sayreville, NJ

**Pay Range:** $20.00 per hour + $1.43 benefit uplift per hour

**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30PM

What's the Job?

+ Verify each pallet against outbound load sheets, pick tickets, or order manifests before loading.

+ Check for correct product codes, quantities, and labels to ensure accuracy.

+ Inspect pallet condition, including stability, wrapping, and labeling, to meet quality standards.

+ Arrange pallets in designated staging lanes based on route, carrier, or delivery priority.

+ Load outbound trailers or trucks according to loading sequence and safety guidelines.

What's Needed?

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying inventory.

+ Ability to read and interpret order sheets, BOLs, and route manifests.

+ Basic computer skills or RF scanner literacy.

+ Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
