    Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition support team, assisting in streamlining recruitment processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

    **Location:** Jersey City, NJ

     

    Pay Range: 25.00/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple regions and time zones

    + Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interview teams

    + Generate and distribute offer letters using HRIS platforms within specified timelines

    + Support onboarding activities, including background checks and new hire communication

    + Assist in sourcing candidates and maintaining accurate records within applicant tracking systems

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support

    + Proficiency with ATS and HRIS tools such as Workday and Phenom

    + Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

    + Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
