    Responsibilities

    The Stamping Lead is expected to perform the functions of assigned area(s) as needed and to oversee employees and monitor workflow to ensure the effective use of people and equipment daily. Responsibilities will be receiving and checking in product daily. Stamping leads ensure procedures are being followed and effectively communicate with other workers.

    Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

    + Continuous lifting of 40- 50 lbs cigarette cases, daily

    + Perform system and physical material movements from one bin to another.

    + Use basic SAP skills such as material look up and bin to bin movements.

    + Cutter maintenance.

    + Lead a team of 2-3 others to audit quality, stamp and sort cigarette packs

    + Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent

    • 12 months experience in warehouse and/or distribution environment

    • 6-12 months in a leadership, supervisorial, or managerial role

    • Ability to multitask effectively

    • Stocking items up to 40lbs
