Our client is seeking a Controls Engineering Supervisor to join their team. The Controls Engineering Supervisor manages the design, development, installation, and maintenance of control systems for various industrial processes and automation systems.This role involves supervising a team of controls engineers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet performance standards.

What’s the Job?
+ Supervise, mentor, and train a team of controls engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
+ Conduct performance reviews and foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
+ Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of control systems and automation solutions for production lines or industrial equipment.
+ Ensure the implementation of safety standards and compliance with regulations in control system designs.
+ Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate control systems with machinery, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), SCADA systems, and other automation tools
What’s Needed?
+ BSEE
+ At least 5 years of experience in controls engineering or automation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
+ Strong experience with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and other industrial control systems.
+ Working knowledge of ISO 14001/TS 16949 procedures and policies.
+ Proficient in control system design, programming, and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
