Our client, In the banking industry is seeking a L3 Production Support Specialist to join their team. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strong communicator, and hungry for a challenge.

Job Title: L3 Production Support

Employment Type: Contract-to-hire

Pay Range: $45-50/hr

Required Skills & Experience:

+ **Minimum 7 years** of experience in production support

+ Strong experience with:

+ **WebSphere**

+ **Linux**

+ **JBoss**

+ **Kubernetes & Containers**

+ **Splunk**

+ **Dynatrace**

+ Experience supporting **financial center applications** is highly preferred

+ Bonus: Familiarity with **Glassbox**

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

+ Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for production systems

+ Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues

+ Monitor system performance using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and Glassbox

+ Support containerized applications in Kubernetes environments

+ Participate in on-call rotations and incident management

+ Drive root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
