    Machining Technician

     

    Our client, an industry leader in industrial heat treatment services, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Machine Operator

    **Location:** De Pere, WI

     

    Pay Range: $28.00 - $29.00

     

    **Shift:** Weekend Shift – Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 twelve-hour days; work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Maintain and operate production machines to ensure smooth manufacturing processes

    + Inspect and measure parts for conformity and quality standards

    + Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining issues

    + Start or restart equipment after power outages or interruptions

    + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience with CNC machining or similar production equipment

    + Strong understanding of or ability to quickly learn manufacturing machinery

    + Analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Positive attitude and strong work ethic

    + High school diploma or equivalent; machining experience preferred but not required (training provided)
