Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Press Brake Operator

**Location:** Centralia, IL

**Pay Range:** $19

**Shift:** 2nd (2:00–10:30 p.m.)

What's the Job?

+ Operate press brake or similar machinery efficiently and accurately

+ Set up, adjust, and maintain production equipment to meet specifications

+ Position materials and tooling to ensure proper dimensions according to specifications

+ Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

+ Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities to minimize downtime

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent ability in reading, writing, and math

+ Knowledge of press operations and machine operation

+ Ability to operate forklifts (license preferred or ability to obtain)

+ Ability to lift, slide, and turn heavy materials safely

+ Strong attention to safety policies and procedures
