    Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to join their team. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Business Solutions Analyst

    **Location:** Sacramento, California

    **Pay Range:** Competitive rate starting from $68.00 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide project, technical, or functional management support on IT projects aligned with business needs.

    + Follow SDLCs to identify, evaluate, and recommend business or technical requirements for system design and development.

    + Perform analysis and design for complex enterprise systems to ensure optimal functionality.

    + Participate in change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions and updates.

    + Attend JAD sessions to identify gaps, scope new requirements, and perform gap and cost analysis.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + A minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing project, technical, or functional management support on IT projects of comparable scope.

    + At least five (5) years’ experience following SDLCs to evaluate and recommend system requirements.

    + Minimum of five (5) years’ experience performing analysis and design for complex enterprise systems.

    + At least three (3) years’ experience with change management processes.

    + Three (3) or more years’ experience with System/UAT testing for large-scale projects.
