Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Bilingual Senior HR Generalist to join their team. As a Bilingual Senior HR Generalist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the Motley Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Bilingual Senior HR Generalist

**Location:** Motley, MN

**Pay Range:** $59,280 - $80

Shift:

What's the Job?

+ Provide comprehensive HR support to the operations teams, including policy administration and program implementation.

+ Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.

+ Facilitate the hiring process by posting job openings, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates.

+ Conduct employee onboarding, training, and monitor performance in alignment with company standards.

+ Manage employee records, employment documentation, and conduct exit interviews as needed.

What's Needed?

+ A minimum of five years’ experience working in Human Resources or related fields, with at least two years in Employee Relations and Policy administration.

+ Proficiency in English and Spanish languages is preferred.

+ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field is preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered.

+ Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
